The Emotionally Healthy Leader By Peter Scazzero Reviewed by Heath Henwood www.books-reviewed.weebly.com “How transforming your inner life will deeply transform our church, team and the world”. This book addresses, with examples, what it means to be a unhealthy leader, and what it means to be a healthy leader. It really is a guidebook on learning to be an emotionally healthy leader. “I am a human BEING, not a human DOING”. It deals with being a emotionally intelligent person, as much as a leader. It is broken into parts dealing with your inner life, and outer life; planning, decision making, team building, and includes staregies to be included in the church or organisation. “Slowing down to be with Jesus”. While this is, a book targeting the church, the principles can be applied to leading any organisation. A must read for pastors, church leaders, and developing leaders.
